The story follows friends Prosper and Bo who run away from their aunt and end up in Venice. They meet a gang of children, led by a thief lord, hiding in an abandoned cinema. Their lives soon become entangled in dangerous chases through Venice and all isn’t what it seems in the city. I really enjoyed this book - it’s fast-paced and has loads of surprises.
